Privacy Policy

The short version

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other servers — no fonts, no scripts, no counting pixels, no embedded videos. There is no account, no comment section and no form. The free pages download without signing up for anything. That is why you see no consent banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

Server log files

Like every website, ours is delivered by a server, and that server keeps access logs: the address requested, the time, the amount of data sent, the browser type and the IP address. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in running the site. The logs are not merged with any other source and are deleted after a short time.

Hosting

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM — Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place; the servers are in Germany.

The colouring widget

The dot field you can colour in runs entirely in your own browser. Nothing you do there is sent anywhere, and nothing is stored on your device — reload the page and it starts over.

Downloads

The PDF pages are ordinary files on our server. Downloading one needs no e-mail address, no account and no consent, and we cannot tell who downloaded what.

Links to Amazon and Gumroad

Simply viewing this site sends no data to either. That happens only when you click a link. From then on the privacy statement of that provider applies; both are based in the United States, so following such a link means a transfer to a third country.

Your rights

You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, the right to object, and the right to data portability. You may also complain to a data protection authority. Since this site collects nothing beyond the server logs described above, there is in practice very little to ask about — but ask if you wish at MindMaze_Publishing@protonmail.com.

Changes

If we ever add something that does collect data — a newsletter form, for instance — this page will say so before it goes live.
